The Birchstone
What makes The Birchstone a truly unique space is the ability to create what you dream. Our venue has indoor and outdoor options for intimate ceremonies, a bridal suite, meeting rooms with AV/tech capabilities, and a large ballroom with a hydraulic floor that can elevate for a band, wedding party, or special guest speaker.
The Birchstone hall is an open canvas with natural light, and a ceiling that gives our clients the ability to create the ambience they envision with custom lighting, drapery, and décor.
Our catering is exclusively done through Pear Tree-Hel’s Kitchen Catering, the premier caterer in Northern Chicagoland. Their menu selection has savory, sweet, delectable, and delicious options for every palate. They work with our guests to create unique menus and can provide options for every type of dietary need.
Capacity
The Birchstone has 3 rooms with seated capacity from 80 to 300 guests and full venue capacity 400+. For large celebrations such as a wedding, bar/bat mitzvahs and other special events, the Main Hall accommodates up to 220 with a dance floor. For meetings, luncheons, memorial services, bar/bat mitzvahs and other special events, we are able to arrange our spaces to accommodate your guest list with a large ballroom, intimate party spaces, and outdoor seating.
